All products typically ship within 5-7 business days of placing your order.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

PRE-MADE PRODUCTS - Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the package’s arrival, for un-washed, unworn/unused items only. Please be kind and use your discretion.

CUSTOM HATS ("Build Your Own Hat") - Unless there is quality issue with the product you received, returns are not accepted for custom hats.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of the original item. If it is an exchange, the new item will be sent free of charge.
